The prepackaged meal has become popular these days.They are not only used by people who don't like cooking, but also by people who don't have time to cook. Besides we can find individual portions and also large portions for a family meal. We can find people working late at night, stop at the first shop which has these prepackaged meals and buy their dinner before going home. This is because they don't have enough time for a homemade meal. But then , these prepackaged meals takes less time to cook, and some can be cooked directly on the microwave, and in addition can be eaten directly from the container. In the same way, we can find different cuisines too. People who like for example Indian or chinese cuisines , and who don't know how to cook them , can find variety of readymade dishes in these cuisines. Thus prepackaged meals are attractive, easy to cook, and have varities too. But, from my point of view, though these meals help us from time to time, they are not as healthy as it is said to be. They contain lots of fat, and to preserve them the food is heated in a very high temperature which might kill some of the nutrients.
