- 1 long goat cheese
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- 1 roquefort
- 1 small bag of mozzarella
- 1 bag of 250 g grated cheese

Spread pizza dough in a pie pan, prick with a fork, spread the tomato sauce on the dough.

Cut slices of goat cheese and mozzarella, cut as thin slices of Roquefort.

Place cheese alternately (a slice of goat cheese, a mozzarella, a Roquefort).

Cover with grated cheese.
